The Faculty of Health Sciences has established Honours Scholarships to
provide financial assistance to undergraduate students undertaking an
honours research project in the School of Medicine or the School of
Nursing and Midwifery, Faculty of Health Sciences, Flinders University.
BENEFITS
Subject to the availability of funds, there will be five annual
scholarships up to the value of $2,500 each. The scholarship is
available for the normal duration of the Honours year (one year
full-time or two years part-time).
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must:
- be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia; and
- be currently completing or have completed an appropriate undergraduate qualification; or
- be currently completing or have completed 108 units of the Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours); and
- be commencing an honours program or the fourth year of the Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours) offered by Flinders University within the Faculty of Health Sciences, in either semester one or semester two of the year of the award; and
- have as their principal supervisor a staff member of, or a holder of full academic status in, the School of Medicine or the School of Nursing and Midwifery.
